GETTING THERE:   The fairgrounds in Petaluma is right off US-101 – easiest is the Washington Ave exit. The CA-116(W) Exit off 101 also works.

LODGING OPTIONS:  Conference hotel is the Courtyard Petaluma Sonoma County by Marriott. The demonstrators will be staying there. 700 Caulfield Lane, Petaluma, CA 94952  (www.courtyard.com) The hotel has set up a discounted rate link that will save you some money off their standard rate. https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1638918236958&key=CORP__;!!FOfmI8qiWcWBHqypJtzENF0!jo17adtnw0f2KzTFRM6XteYtMKUqvDe8gjkStn422zq4W2RZtTK6eE9zGd6zjit7dsg$

Note that this is a new fancy hotel and their rates reflect that. Best Western and Hampton Inn and others have properties in the neighborhood. Do not wait to book your lodging!!!! The Petaluma “Butter and Egg” Festival is the same weekend as our conference. Lots of people come to town for that and hotels are already very short on rooms. You can also find lodging in Rohnert Park (11 miles north) or in Novato (11 miles south.)

RV AND CAMPING RESERVATIONS: There is ample space for (dry) RV, Car and Tent camping at the fairgrounds. Camping is free but parking is $15 per night. RV hookups will cost $35 per night but only a few are available. We will have a separate registration for RV hookups and camping.
