CAMPING AND OVERNIGHT PARKING FOR SPRING CONFERENCE 2022
Camping is free at Spring Conference but parking overnight at the fairgrounds is not. Parking is a limited resource so to be able to park near where you camp, purchase a parking reservation here. Note that these parking fees are owed to the Fairgrounds by the CBA. No registration or fee is required to camp just to park a vehicle overnight.

If you are not registered for the conference, your camping / overnight parking space sign-up is subject to cancellation.
Register for 2022 Spring Conference
We have a few RV hook-ups spots available. Right now, they are reserved for conference staff including the setup and cleanup crew. If you are interested in the opportunity to upgrade to a hook-up spot, sign up here for a parking spot, that will get you a dry camping parking space. Then check the box in item (g). Later we will let you know if a hook-up space is available for you.
DATE: Spring Conference 2022 - April 21- April 24, 2022. You can arrive to camp as soon as Wednesday April 20 and if you are helping to tear down you can leave as late as Monday Morning April 25.
CAMPING AND OVERNIGHT PARKING LOCATION: Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds, 175 Fairgrounds Drive, Petaluma, CA
ONLINE REGISTRATION: Here on the CBA website. Registration is open till April 16, 2022 or till no more parking or RV spaces available.
a. One night one vehicle overnight parking / camping - $15
b. Two nights one vehicle overnight parking / camping - $30
c. Three nights one vehicle overnight parking / camping - $45
d. Four nights one vehicle overnight parking / camping - $60
e. Extra permit for cases where a trailer is detached. For instance, a truck parked away from the travel trailer it towed in. Or a small vehicle towed in by a large RV then detached. One-time fee … $15.
f. Tailgating sign-up. Check this box if you want to park with other tailgaters nearer the demonstration area. Spaces for tailgaters do not have RV hook-ups.
g. RV hook-up upgrade request. Check this box if you want one of the few hook-up enabled RV spaces. If you get one of these spaces an additional $20 per night is due
