CoSIRA - The Blacksmith's Craft - An Introduction to Smithing

CoSIRA - Wrought Ironwork - A Manual of Instruction

The Skills of a Blacksmith, Volume I, Mastering the Fundamentals of Blacksmithing by Mark Aspery

You might want all three volumes, but volume one is a great place to start.
