EXPERIENCE LEVEL:  Open to all levels, intermediate skill preferred

PRICING:   

Season pass for all 5 tutorials (sign up under THIS event option):  

$100 all 5 sessions/participant - early registration opens now, for CBA members only

$125 all 5 sessions/participant for non-members

We are also offering passes for any one of the 5 tutorials you wish to attend.  These will be offered at $25 for members/$35 for non-members.  Open the event you are interested in and sign up for that event.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Session 1:

Transfer drawing, measurements, and volume calculations

Water leaf and blown-over beveled-leaf scroll

Forging a Leafing Hammer

Session 2:

Crimping Stake for use with Leafing Hammer

Upset corners after calculating length needs

Weld scroll/leaf assembly then weld to the scroll material

Session 3:

Center welded collar & the tooling needed to make it: top & bottom swages.

Session 4:

Beveled scroll and the center collar

Session 5:

Horizonal bars with pedestals

Tenons

Assemble the frame and putting it all together. 

Note:  You will need some specialist tooling to complete the grille.
