Participants will receive an email with detailed hand-outs and suggested tooling and materials.
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Learn to forge scrolls and finials, from basic to slightly insane. Emphasis will be placed on building solid hand-eye-hammer skills to hand-turn great scrolls. Even if traditional scroll work is not your big interest, spending some time building these skills will give you greater control over shaping metal with just an anvil and a hammer, and add some really useful tricks to your quiver of forging techniques.
