Adam’s Forge is pleased to announce its second annual Forge Festival, a unique and vibrant celebration of blacksmithing with a variety of engaging activities for families and the local community!
Watch blacksmiths turn hot metal into stunning works of art, and learn how to do so yourself! The festivities will include live blacksmithing demonstrations, hands-on metalworking activities for the whole family, and an ‘Ask a Blacksmith’ booth to immerse yourself in the art and culture of metalworking. There will also be stunning metal works and crafts for sale, a silent auction, and games including tomahawk throwing, delicious food trucks, beverages, and more!
The Festival will take place at the Audubon Center at Debs Park, a beautiful setting in Highland Park, near the Gold Line, and easily accessible from the 110.

Adam’s Forge is a 501(c)3 non-profit blacksmithing school, founded 2002 to preserve creative heritage and celebrate craft. Through classes and programming, Adam’s Forge honors our past, reminding us of our heritage as makers, while welcoming learners to grow, create, collaborate, and express themselves through making.
