DIRECTIONS:

Take highway 17 to Scotts Valley, get off at exit #3, Mt. Hermon Road, and drive 3.5 miles to Felton.
Mt. Hermon Road ends at Graham Hill Road. Turn left on Graham Hill Rd., and drive ½ mile to Roaring Camp
Railroads (on the right). 5401 Graham Hill Road, Felton, CA 95018

GEAR:

Hands-on workshop. Bring hand tools, also bring a forge and anvil if you like. Yet we will have several
forging stations available for you to use. Safety glasses, hearing protection, and closed toe shoes are a must.
Prepare for warm weather.

MEALS:

Barbeque steak dinner Saturday evening. For other meals Roaring Camp has a food court that serves a
variety of different menu items.

ACCOMODATIONS:

Camping; Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, Big Basin State Park, and some private parks in
Felton (make your reservations soon as spaces fill up quickly for the summer season). There are many hotels and
motels in Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz, Felton, and in other local communities.
