Tool and Inventory Sale - for Jewelers, Metalsmiths, and Enamelists

DATE: October 25, 2015

EVENT TIME: 11am - 4pm
Vendor Set up: Starts at 10am
Vendor Take down: Must be completed by 4:45pm

LOCATION:The Crucible1260 7th St. Oakland, CA 94607

HOSTED BY: The Crucible Jewelry and Enamel Departments, WJA, MAG, and The Center for Enamel Art

RESERVE A TABLE: Members: $75 (of any one of the above organizations) Non-Member: $100


ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: Used and lightly used metalworking and enamel tools, materials, discontinued inventory, overruns, findings, gemstones, pearls, equipment 

*No finished retail priced jewelry pieces. This is not a trunk show to the general public.
*Vendors must be on hand to oversee sales at their own table and handle transactions.
*There will be a security guard present for the duration of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel the reservation of a vendor table, please contact the organizer immediately at

REFUNDS: Full Refunds will be issued until October 12th when the sales of available tables ends at 5pm. After that date, a fee of $35 dollars will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Space is very limited so sign up right away!

Have tools or extra materials sitting around that you would like to sell? Become a vendor at our upcoming Tool and Inventory Sale and support local organizations such as The Crucible, Women’s Jewelry Association, The Center for Enamel Art, and The Metal Arts Guild in the process. This one-day event will be open to the public and highly advertised among the local jewelry and metals community with the eventual goal being a highly anticipated annual event.

The table fee goes to directly to The Crucible, which is a non-profit arts education organization that fosters a collaboration of arts, industry, and community in the Bay Area.
